Led by Chef Vera from Lago di Garda and Chef Danilo with his Swiss-Italian heritage, our kitchen brings together diverse culinary traditions and innovative techniques. Their combined experience in prestigious restaurants across Europe shapes our distinctive approach.
Together with Brando and Celine, whose international backgrounds span from Italy to California, we've created more than just a restaurant—we've built a home where culinary artistry meets heartfelt hospitality.
